About Me.
Maeve was born and raised in Erie, Pennsylvania, and began her dance training at the age of 3. She began her training at Spotlight Dance Studio under the direction of Stacey Kabasinksi then continued her training with the Lake Erie Ballet and Sovereign Ballet under Christina Maria Adelhardt. She was also given a scholarship to attend the Fort Wayne Ballet Summer Intensive in 2019 under the direction of Karen Gibbons-Brown. Maeve furthered her dance education at Mercyhurst University under Noelle Partusch and was able to perform in Swan Lake as one of the princess soloists. During her years at Mercyhurst, she was able to train with artists such as Leslie Bories-Scalise, Jennifer McNamara, Danielle Kaiser, Mark, and Solveig Santillano. She had the chance to perform and create many works for both the stage and camera during her training at Mercyhurst. Maeve was also awarded the Catherine McCauley Award and the Mercyhurst University Dance Scholarship for her education during college. Additionally, throughout her time at Mercyhurst, she was a dance team member and was named captain her senior year as well as a member of the National Honors Society for Dance Arts. Also, during her senior year, she was given the opportunity to dance the role of Snow Queen in the Lake Erie Ballet’s Nutcracker Reimagined. She is expecting a Bachelor of Arts degree in Dance from Mercyhurst University in the Spring of 2022. Maeve continues to grow as an artist aspires to learn more about herself as a dancer and is always striving to discover more about this art form.
